QAC: Quality Assurance Committee. An Arabeyes' internal commitee,
which has yet to be (re-)created.

What I meant is that we need first to have a coherent translation
database before attempting to submit translation proposals (for ex) to
ALECSO. Having a coherent/standard translation database depends
greatly on the (re-)creation of QAC.
