Moayad,
I'm just explaining on my application capabilities.
Seems like Othman is the tools that can complement my application.
Anyway, just some comments.

Agreed with this approach.

I don't quite understand the problem. FYI, I don't speak Arabic.

Actually, I'm not suggesting anything, i don't know why my name is
there. I'm just trying to explain that my approach does not require
the audio to be re-encode. That's all.
