Since Firefox is (claims to be) highly standards-conformant, I would be inclined to think the webpages are non-standard and/or malformed. (Although FF isn't perfect; its Arabic rendering has a few bugs.) The presence of

in the page source is a clue. I'm sure you can find validation tools at http://www.w3.org. Personally I won't use proprietary websites if I can help it, and I would strongly encourage arabization.org.ma to migrate to open web standards ASAP. If the pages are in fact valid I suppose we should file a bug report with mozilla.
