It's a modified version of KacstQr font, but I removed it now (I don't even
have a copy of it now :-).
You should be able to find ArabeyesQr anyway which is now a fork of KacstQr
at the project page.
However, since I just knew you are writing a Java client, my advice to you is
to try some Arabic fonts first (particularly, that Qura'nic font).
I tried it before but I was really disappointed by the rendering engine used
JVM, however you might have a different point of view.
