How much space are you _really_ talking about? I mean, really.. it is rather insignificant. I do seem to recall having this discussion before. Simply add a new row in the user table and call it deleted or whatever. If it bothers you so much, create a new table 'dead_users' and move them over. In conclusion, I do not want to see those registered users' records gone completely. Like Nadim said, you never know when these might come in handy.
