In this case I prefer
البرمجيات الخدمية
since
الحوسبة الخدمية
means "Computing service" and not "Sofwtare service"

Well, yeah. But it's too literal and I'd rather go for a more understandable
term. I use 'البرمجيات الخدمية' and 'الحوسبة الخدمية' (depending on the
contexts), but I wonder if people here agree with these terms.
