Well, no.
Mushaf Al-Haramain is just a fancy name that is not important.

What is important is the publishing house itself, it's among the the first
ones in Egypt (Well, _the_ first if you must) to publish Masahef with that
_scale_.

It used to print Masahef for even Al-Azhar itself.

I'm saying that it would be the most accurate because of the quantity of
respect and recognition this house gets from most Hoffaaz and Islamic
organizations (Even The Qur'an Complex in Saudi Arabia admires this house).

Anyway, I don't know why you quoted me on this unimportant issue. It was
only suggested by me that it _would_ be the most accurate because of the
reasons I gave but not neccessarily _the_ most.

Moreover, any Mushaf that contains the basic Qur'an text using the Othmani
Rasm wouldn't be considered bad and could actually be certified by any
Qur'anic Organization. This is because the original collected Mushaf, after
all, didn't have even dots :-)
