Hello Ahmad:

this is not specifically related to the prayer lib but Arabbix has a 
gdesklet that gets the prayer times from the internet. Here is the link 
to the tar ball. Look into the python code (written in python) and you 
will be able to see it is plain english.

Hope you guys add this to the lib as well.. I believe it is a very good 
addition.
