Akin to Youcef's comments - do you have concrete ideas and/or suggestions
for us to consider and/or discuss ?  I would also move away from "milking"
anyone or anything since sooner or later they'll be offended from it
(that's why cows are in stalls during the process and are not free to
roam around :-).  What you are getting into, I think, is corporate
alliances, etc which will come (and they did to a some extent) if
we continue to produce and attain results.  What I think has happened
is we started focusing too much on Arabeyes and less on the work
we had to do for the Arabic language - so the sooner we shift that
focus back to what matters most the more aligned we are to our true
initial vision but this relates to say 4-5 people - what about the
others ?
