well it depends on your context !
Accessibility is used by KDE in a specific context
أدوات مساعدة الاشخاص المعاقين ، تسهيل الإستعمال للأشخاص المعاقين
في الحالات الأخرى = قابلية الوصول ، سهولة الوصول.....
