Arabic is officially supported by Mozilla, here is the download page for 1.5:

Excellent ideas, we can work on them once the Arabic builds of Fx 2.0
are rolling.

I'm using the translate toolkit to convert between .dtd and .po, I'll
convert your work back to .dtd and commit it to the mothership ASAP.

Mozilla has a system that creates testing builds out of CVS files
(tinderbox), but last time I checked it was down, once I commit all of
the files I'll check again and announce any available testing builds
here.

No, but the rest is already translated, maybe there are a few files
left, and some that changed since I prepared the .po's, I'll let you
know on the list if there is more.
