Re: Our Gnome CVS Structure

Nadim,

We are currently not working on HEAD. We are currently working on 2.16
How do you propose maintaing 2.16 and subsequent 2.16 releases while
going after HEAD in the future?

We need versioning.

We should only be working on 'HEAD' and as such we should only have the
files that pertain to HEAD on our CVS. I believe Arafat.M followed the
same structure (which is now simply dated).

In short, there is no need to keep old(er) data once its uploaded to the
mothership (ie. Gnome's repositories). So it sounds like we simply need
to sync-up to Gnome's HEAD files in earnest. If the decision is made to
work on what is beyond HEAD (a future release if such files exist) then
those files alone should be uploaded (keep in mind that we are very
short-handed and as such I don't think we can afford to work on multiple
versions of the same application).

Salam.
