Have you enabled CTL? In OO.o go to Tools > Options > Language Settings
| Languages and make sure you check "Complex Text Layout (CTL) support".
After you enable that, you can follow the path Tools > Options >Text
Document > Basic Fonts(CTL) to change the default font for CTL.
