No they are not. And why are files making it into our CVS
without first being run through 'msgfmt' to make sure they
are 100% syntactically correct - isn't that part of the
check-in procedure ?
I highly recommend that ALL projects do an entire *.po check
to make sure nothing abnormal is happening. The common_terms
file notes _alot_ of errors in various projects.
