Salam,

Per today's QAC meeting, it was decided that:

1- Only QAC members are asked/supposed to translate common_words.po. Any 
contribution/suggestion from other Arabeyes members are welcome though.

2- Every QAC member must translate no less than 60 words a week. Any 
additional work is of course welcome ;-)

3- If there are members that did not do their weekly task, we must pass to the 
next 60 words all the same.

4- If a member does not do their weekly task 3 consecutive times, they loose 
their QAC membership. This means no more voice in votes but the obligation to 
apply QAC directives (for project coordinators for example).

Arafat, we must think of a way (I don't know yet how) to allow people to 
translate more than the required 60 words a week.
