Based on context, I would actually say that this is a 'clear' or 'erase'
function as much as it is 'reset', and translate it as مسح on both counts.
The idea is to clear out all of the selections you have made and 'reset' the
form to the default values. 'Clear' expresses the intent. I've always felt
that 'reset' (in English) was a poor way to express this.

My ALECSO dictionary translates 'reset' by a 3-words sentence:
إعادة للوضع الابتدائي !!!
I guess it's a virgin territory ;) So I suggest the following:
رجوع (عودة) للأصل
إعادة التّمهيد (that would be re-init)
إعادة التّهيئة
Put what you see fit or don't translate that for now.
