Hi Mohammed,
if the text begin with a latin word, the entire phrase will be left aligned.
look at http://amaoui.free.fr/kde3/images/splash[1-4].jpeg, the text is 
right aligned
which is correct. Now look at 
http://amaoui.free.fr/kde3/images/splash_latin.jpeg
You see the difference?
