An organization that would be in charge of managing and
administering domain names is better if it is a
non-profit, non-governmental organization. For Arabian
government organizations, the alternative might reduce
the inevitable -- and unfortunate -- possibilities of
having a rigid bureaucracy, corruption, incompetency,
political bias, financial and intellectual greed, a
'fixed' director, and more.
