i didnt know these things had to be explicitly mentioned, i thought
that distributed freely, meant i "Freely" do what i want with it as long
as credits are given...

i'll stop using the code and wont upload the patch. will remove the
.exe above in a few hours, as i have to upload the other one that
does shaping only.
