Well, there is a flag to use for the Arabic Language, that is the Arab League 
flag, we agreed upon it internally in Arabeyes ..  but where this flag should 
be in the "l10n/" we are not sure yet .. The good news here that it can be 
worked out, and we will try hard to follow up with you "KDE" and the XFree86 
people to make the needed changes really soon ..

We are aware of the needed changes in X11/xkb/rules/xfree86.lst , and the 
X11/xkb/keymap/xfree86 ..
Please have a look at :

and assure me that this is all what I need .. I addressed the i18n at xfree86 
dot org about it.. but didn't get any response yet, can you please help me to 
know who is the xkb person to contact directly ?
