Salam, I apologize for not delving into the discussion earlier, but better late than never ;) I think there should also be an emphasis on how Arabeyes provides them (the attendees respective organizations) with a pool of skilled self-motivated potential employees. This is very important because we want to say things that they can relate to and possibly participate in Arabeyes in their own capacities. I don't know how you can incoporate that into any of what has already been said, but I thought I would share that ;) In other words, try to think in terms of, we are not showcasing things to the public but to a specific group of people.
