I also think that we need to sign-up for 12/4 = 3 hour shifts -- meaning
the person on-shift "MUST" be present and help/talk to people while 
the others have the option not to be present.  I can take the late shift
since that's the one that would make the most sense to all of us (I don't
think Isam/Chahine would want to be up at 4am :-)

Mohammed - any agenda in the IRC.social -- find out the general feeling
of people out there ?  Preach something ? what ?
