Kstars.po questions..



Hi all .. 
One of the Arabic translation team members, Jasem Mutlaq, asked sent a 
question about the kstars PO file that I was not sure about .. so I thought 
maybe you can help us here:

(The first note(part) is answered in the list, the second part is the one that 
was not clear to me)
