Arab Countries Locale

Hi John, 
  I am a member on Arabeyes ( www.arabeyes.org) and I was working in the 
locale info for countries, I did make some progress but didn't reach the 
level to be submitted .. you listed some of the Arab countries that I was 
working in the locale data for:
Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Syria, Lebanon and Lybia .. I think that I can 
help you out with those countries info .. 
All the counties listed above have Arabic as the main language of the 
country, about the English language use and so .. can you please clarify ?
