The aaya starts with basmala and then the aaya
I saw no diacritical marks the correct.txt file mentions
a lot of problems.

You might want to download the imlaa-ee Quran
from: http://qurankareem.info/a/NormalQuran.zip

That file contains full diacritical marks as it should, but
if you don't want them you can remove them from the
file using Perl, sed, Ruby, or any tool your comfortable
with.
