OK. Please put them under adawat/[the_name_you_choosed]/
The [the_name_you_choosed] is up to you. Either Conjugator or Mussarrif.
I added you as a contributor to the Adawat project:

Now you should be able to add logs, modify the webpage, add links etc etc.
Please don't hesitate to modify that page to give relevant information. Of
course keep in mind that that page is also used by Arabizer and MiniBIDI
projects. But that should not be a problem. A good example of projects that
are living in harmony is http://www.arabeyes.org/project.php?proj=Distros
Anyway, when you import the files, add at least a log to announce the import
(it shows on the main page).
