Salam,

I've got news for you! I've spoken with the author of
the Arabic conjugator today and he said he doesn't
mind at all the GPLing of the project and everything
in it.

He will send me an email to this effect soon which I
will post here. After that we can proceed with
importing the code. Should I file a bug report for
starting the project when I recieve the email?

Also, since I don't have CVS access, I should have at
least 1 contributor in this project. Any volunteers?
Someone who isn't already overworked like poor Ossama
would be fine ;)
