Anything is possible given you are willing to do the work.  I'm not
sure that there is anyone on this list that has the right expertise
and time to do it now though.  Also keep in mind that such fonts are
non-standard and as such they will not survive long (there are plenty
such fonts on the 'net out there already due to this chaotic non-standard
approach and encoding).  A more appropriate approach would be to submit
a prim/proper proposal to Unicode.org with the need for the inclusion
of said glyphs (drawings) and pursue the matter there -- that would
insure that your work will exist and be usable in the future without
any issues.
