Re: installing arabic kde package pb

I did copied messages & Desktop.entry to /usr/share/locale/ar and I have the arabic choice entry added to the language&country menu
but I have still a problem with fonts I think; all characters are squares. I'll check that.
please anyone had an idea about how to change the config files in the package so installation puts them to the right directory ? and correctly make other operations if any, may be configure or make..
 I'm wondering why the arabic package isn't included with the kde -and not only kde- distribution by default, is it a matter with mandrakesoft which doesn't include arabic package in their distribution? and if it is, what is needed so they include it in next releases.
