أنا رأيت أن بعض من المترجمين على عربآيز ترجمها كذلك:

Worksheet =work + sheet (of paper) =  ورقة عمل ، ربما أيضاً ورقة حساب
say because it fits on an A4 paper format 

I would say for Spreadsheet = جدول بيانات ، منشورة بيانات ، منشورة مجدولة 

since it spreads over more than one page as in the definition above !
