Hello Michelle,
Yes it is possible, install the en-US version of Firefox, install
language packages for other locales, then start Firefox with the
following commandline arguments:
firefox -UILocale ar-JO -contentLocale JO
For Arabic.
Replace ar-JO and JO to use other locales.
