Arafat, I don't plan to work on a buggy file...

How long would it take to find the files with the encoding issue ? This work 
(translating common_terms.po) has been stalled for months now, so waiting a 
few days more is not a problem.

I guess it would take an hour or two to find all the GNOME problematic files 
and either fix them or simply ask Nadim to regenerate common_terms.po without 
them.
