We are planning in the mid-term to make irc sessions where Arabeyes Project 
Maintainers talk about their program to newbie developers planning to work 
on it. Check this:

The idea of making irc lessons about other aspects (say activate arabic 
support for example) is good too. It is a little time-consuming and we just 
need motivated people to do it :-) Meanwhile, tutorials and howtos are here:

By the way, on irc.freenode.net #arabeyes, everybody is welcome. You can ask 
for help about translation, question about arabeyes, or on any other 
linux-related (or un-related !) subject.
