RE:problems with TextPad.



yes, i have the english version of XP but it suppotrs arabic and i have some arabic applications and they work fine,,lik office ,,, what font do u use in textpad,, and one more thing,, when you open a file with text pad, you have three combo boxes, one for file type, one for file format, and the third for encoding, the encoding combo box has three options, default, ANSI and DOS, i don't have the UTF option,, is this normal or what???

but when i choose to save a file, i have the UTF option..what is that? is that normal or i'm missing something???!!!

Salam Mohammed Halabi,

Maybe it's a font problem (if you have the English
version!). I know WinXP works with Arabic fonts
(Non-latin generally) better than earlyer versions.
