We've been through this before too.
Program names should be kept as is in English letters since these are commands
that should be typed on keyboard and it does therefore not make sense to write
them in Arabic. That said, if we are talking about acronyms, then you should
write them in Arabic.
example:
(I will transcript Arabic letters by capitals)
English sentence: to get lilo's options you have to type lilo -h
Arabic would be: LEL2ESTETLAA3 3ALA KHAYARAAT LILO 2AKTEB lilo -h
(yeah I know that option doesn't exist on lilo and my Arabic sucks, but that's
not the point;)).
