Hi All.

i just newbie in translation ,but i want to learn how i can do that and what 
is the requirdment,so i want yours help to give me sites or dodument to 
collect information about that matter .

I will be thanks for help....

I'm web developer ,but didn't concer with Arabic,so i havn't any idea about 
the translation programe and how to do it,UTF-8 and how to get the benefite 
from UNICODE.

All my concern with security ....
