OK .. As I know .. we will translate everything inside in the msgid sting 
.. BUT :
strings that start with a "_:" ( an underscore) are for explanation such as :

msgid ""
"_: February\n"
"Feb"

the first Sting "_:February\n" does not need translation .. it is used to 
explain what does the next string mean, so translators ( like us) knows 
what words to choose  .. I hope that I am right .. We will wait for 
the   Masters here to reply :)
