A question in the syntax

Salam All,

In the desktop.po file all the "msgid" lines have a
syntax like this
msgid "Name=blah blah blah"
or msgid "Comment=blah blah blah"
the question is:
Do I have to add the "Name=" or "Comment=" in the
msgstr lines or just transkate the requested word.
