Salam All..
For you who tried WinCVS1.3 and had problems in it here is an update to the
WinCVS Howto that provide an added note for WinCVS 1.3 users with a snapshot :

Remember .. it is in UTF-8 uncoding incase you had problems viewing it .. if
you have any comments or suggestion or problems regarding the Howto please
