Well this had been pointed our before .. but here it is again ..
the & as you said is used to create the shortcut ... so .. in our case we
will select another shortcut letter ... it does not have to be the same
letter .. in the case of "$login" ir will be "&do`7ool" (ofcourse in
arabic letters not english) so the shortvut letter is changed .. yo select a
shortcut letter that you thinkis appropreate .. try to stick to what you
selected in case it is repeated in more than one place .. and it is not a bad
idea to see how the kdelibs and other files did treat the word you are
translating in terms of selecting a shortcut letter

Well the normalization of the whle project will come later .. so that the
interfact will constant in terms of word used and shortcuts ..

Well ... I guess that you should write continously .. ( don't stop) while
writing arabic ... if there is a '=' or a '%1' or what ever .. write it down
and continue .. regardless of how it will look in your text editor .. have a
look at desktop.po .. it looks exactly the same as you are describing ..

Well we silently decided to have Madeel for Directory ..
anyway we will have a dictionary page soon that will help us look up for
words that need translations .. and suggest new words that is not listed ..
Nadim is working on it ..
