KDE reminder

I'd like to remind everyone that all translation work on KDE
should continue and concentrate on the /kdebase directory first
and foremost.  That directory must be at 100% before any other
files/directories are looked at.

Keep those files coming (thanks for all that have and continue
to contribute) - don't forget the Feb 2001 deadline.
