suggestion for arabic letters

this message is in arabic and english.

please, i have a small suggestion for those working in
arabic char set, 

i remarke in MS windows that if u type an arabic
letter, then u lock Caps Lock and use shift with 

- [1,!] button, the arabic letter will take the
initial form of an arabic letter,

- [2,@] button, the arabic letter will take the ended
form of arabic letter,

the first case is usefull,e.g. when u write the hijir
symbol after date. 

the second, if u use an arabic abreviation with
seperate letters,

i think that is nice to have this feature in KDE 3,

أود أن ألفت نظر الإخوة الذين يعملون على تطوير العربية
و كتابتها على لينكس، أنني لاحظت في الوندوز،

أنه بعد كتابة حرف عربي ما ، ثم الضغط على مفتاح caps
لإشعاله، ثم الضغط على shift و الزر


- [1،!] فأحصل على حرف عربي في شكله الابتدائي. مثل ه
--> هـ. ك تصبح كـ،

- [2، at ] فأحصل على حرف عربي منفصل عن الحرف الذي يليه،
مثلا تن تصبح ت ن.

الحال الأولى مفيدة سيما في تكوين أسماء الرموز، و مثلا
التاريخ الهجري، 1422 هـ.

الحال الثانية مفيدة في تكوين أسماء المختصرات مثل جامعة
الدول العربية --> ج د ع (ج‌د‌ع).

لذا أرغب لو كانت هذه الإمكانيات متاحة في الإصدار
العربي لـ KDE3.
