Because these are the first contributions of these valuable people.
So we need to evaluate them before giving them an RCS account ;-)
And yes, the attached patches are the best way. It would be even better
if their subject were tagged accordingly (like [PATCH]).
Moreover, code snippets on pastebin and Co are here for live debugging,
not submitting patches, all the more that they are often temporarily
available online.
But Mohammed, you're definitely right. It will soon be the time to give
them access to the repositories!
