That depends on the filesystem heirarchy policy of fedora. For example,
in Debian it is stored in /usr/share/duali/. Unless Fedora has a policy
against storing dictionary data files there, it should go there.

Also, make sure that the duali.conf points to it. Ie. this is
configurable.
