No, I think you misunderstood what I'm saying.

I didn't mean this will affect or reflect upon PuTTY's distribution.
The intent is for us (Arabeyes) to keep things in order until such
time that PuTTY accepts our work. Ahmad, do please subscribe to the
'cvs' mailing-list so you can be privy to what is taking shape on our
CVS while your account gets setup.
I will be adding 2 place-holder files on Arabeyes' PuTTY directory in
CVS to show you'all the ropes,

Of course,
$ diff -u putty1.c.orig putty1.c > arabic_putty.patch
$ diff -u putty2.c.orig putty2.c >> arabic_putty.patch
etc
In other words, simply append to the file.

I wasn't on my PC to answer, plus the plan didn't call for shaping to be
added just yet. As for why others didn't reply, I leave that to their
conscious.
BTW: easy on the dramatics.

I'd say yes, but we need to get the code that simply disables the shaping
into CVS first and touch base with simon before proceeding on the shaping
front and bidi.
Salam.
