please try to open the file :

in your browser

the browser isn't able to detect the encoding (UTF-8) that keyboard.html 
uses (for some reason) and you have to do (View/Enoding/UTF-8) for it to work,

but if you downloaded it (keyboard.html) to your own computer from:
http://www.arabeyes.org/~nadim/tt/
(using right click and save target as) and view it with your browser it 
will detect it properly!!

I'm pretty sure the file :
http://www.arabeyes.org/~nadim/tt/keyboard.html
is saved in UTF-8 Encoding

that's really strange!

who can solve this maze ?
