Mohammed, you seem to be describing a cut-n-paste approach to things
(if I understood you correctly).  I'm not sure how things will look
if you were to take something that is shaped/Bidi'ed and pasted it
into an application (I would tend to think it would vary from one
application to the next).  As for creating something new to give you
this ability (again, unless I misunderstood you), there is no need.
You can write shaped/Bidi'ed Arabic via a numbers of ways and then
it simply becomes a matter of cut-n-paste.

Do please correct my understanding (since I have a feeling I missed
something).  Do also keep in mind that a document pasted into something
that does NOT support shaping/Bidi _must_ still be valid for other
applications that do.  In other words, your apporach (which you will
need to further clarify) should result in a document that will work
with your non-shaping/biding application as well as katoob/vim/emacs/etc.
