Actually, I was going to answer and then cancelled, sorry.

As I see it, commitment and interest will come and go, depending, as you know, 
on many factors (it's a volunteer project after all, no ?). It's kind of 
difficult to find any solution for this problem, unless you have _already_ 
one. Otherwise, discussing this subject is already consuming a bit of the 
little time we have.

I'm personally trying to do my best and for the time being it's no fun.

We have a long list of todos, let's try to do it step by step and give as much 
as we can :-)
