I would like to instrument a campaign to get Mozilla off their butts
in terms of arabic support and the DAMN slow pace and inattention that
we get.

Isam could you post the following on l4a (unless there are objections).
We need a mechanism in place for such things were we can instruct people
to do something on all our behalf (mass mailings and mass request for
something) to get the party on the other end to notice us.

PS: if you have an other email addresses of managers of high-ups in 
    mozilla, please include them below.

Arabeyes would like to inform all users that Mozilla.org has been extremely
slow, infective and NOT responsive to the various bugs that we've submitted
to them over the years (regarding their browser).  We would like to, thus, 
elevate the situation to get the appropriate response to solve the remaining
issues prior to Mozilla 1.0

"We sincerely request that 'BUG-82383' be fixed as it relates to
misc Arabic alignment issues and renders Arabic pages illegible.  We
would like this issue to be taken care of ASAP or a minimum to inform
the 16 voters on that BUG of its status and completion date.  We are
very alarmed at the pace of Arabic support (Bidi/Shaping, etc) and how
Mozilla has handled its inclusion.  The inattention that we've
gotten over the years hasn't helped either.  We would very much like to
change that perception and start anew and thus we request your attention
now to this BUG and various other Arabic issues.
