I'm not really sure what is being said.  What you have in

  arabeyes.org/~amohamed/www

is OK given the left menu's green side bar gets that 3-D look (ie. shorter
and a bit more distinguished) along with the title being its own box, etc.
I think it would be best if the background of that box also matched in
color the background of the entire page (ie. same shade of gray).  The
foregound could potentially be white or similar (as in the sample template).

I'm sure I'm missing something, so I'll leave it at that unless you have
an example we can see.
